Design & Consultation

We can help you from the initial enquiry by either checking the proposed life safety system design & advise accordingly through to carrying out a full system design for you including equipment lists for you to submit

Supply & Commission

You may have a design approved & your install team can carry out the first fix wiring, but you just require our help with the product selection & final fix & commission of the system. Our team can advise you on issues before they become a problem

3rd Party Verification

Your install team are versed in the installation & final fix of the life safety systems, but you require a specialist to provide 3rd Party Verification for certification ( as set out in the relevant Standards). We can commission other systems

Design, Install & Commission

You may require a specialist Contractor with the relevant knowledge & experience to work on your behalf & carry out the full life safety package from Design to Commission & Handover, leaving you to do what you do best

Project Management

Our Project Team are used to running projects up to £2.5million in value. Our Managers are ECS Black Card Holders & are SSSTS Certified & are used to dealing with M&E Contractors & can produce reports, valuations & order materials & labour. Our Managers use digital technology to help with site queries, variations & as wired drawings which are made available to swiftly deal with issues

Installation

You may have a requirement for additional staff, so as opposed to going through an Agency where it's Hobson's choice over what engineers you are assigned, South East Fire & Vent are here to help. With ECS card holding engineers available, we can help you with all aspects of your Life Safety Installation, form a temporary contract through to a large project from start to finish

Commissioning Engineers

You may have your install team that can wire Life Safety Systems but you require an extra set of hands to see your project across the line or you have encountered some issue that requires slightly more technical knowledge to help get your project over the line. Our Commissioning Team are experienced on a range of different manufacturers & can help with all aspects of Life safety Systems & produce Cause & Effects programs & certification

Maintenance

Our Contract Maintenance Team are at hand to help with all your servicing needs. We work with a number of Life Safety Companies helping them with their routine maintenance. Our engineers compile complex reports, site surveys, asset registers & back it all up with digital reporting systems showing photographic reports to help the Company produce accurate quotations
