What type of fire Systems do we fit?

  • Conventional – For small offices, warehouses & premises where no complex programming required or specific text required
  • Alarmsense – ideal for use for HMO’s, houses & flats where specific ring patterns are required
  • Addressable – for larger installations (warehouses, offices, large blocks of flats) where specific shutdowns/controls are required & more complex programming is required & specific text locations for ease of identification are required.

Whether it’s one of our Designed systems or one of your own, we can Commission it for you to make sure everything works how it should do when it needs to & not when it doesn’t.

A commission is where we carry out 100% functional test of your life safety system, to ensure that all the wiring, devices & specific programming requirements have been completed correctly.

At South East Fire & Vent we are often called upon to verify others workmanship (often known as “3rd party verification”), especially when it comes to the more complex sites.
